You'll need to plug your Apple TV 4K into a power socket and then connect it to your TV with the HDMI 2.0 cable. You can connect to the internet using an Ethernet cable from your Apple TV 4K to your router or you can connect to WiFi during set up. Once you've switched on Apple TV 4K, follow the onscreen instructions to configure your settings.
